If your Physical Health has a poor condition, this can increase the risk of developing mental health problems. Also, a poor mental health can impact negatively your physical health. In this moment, physical care and mental care are disconnected. But many doctors still belief that when you treat a physical condition, you will treat a mental condition.
But how mental and physical health affects each other? There are many ways when a poor mental health can affect the physical health. For example, depression, which is a mental health disorder, increases the risk of heart diseases with 67%. Also, the schizophrenia doubles the risk of death from a heart disease. And triples the risk of death from a respiratory disease.
There are many factors in your life which influence the state of your Physical Health. First and the most important thing which can affect it is the amount of exercise you do. If you have an office work and you don’t have enough time to exercise. This can lead in a series of bad things to your body. Also, long-term this can affect your mental health. You should do at least 10 minutes of walking daily. Go to the nearest store and buy something you need, or take walk in the neighbourhood. This will help you to stay in shape and maintain your Physical Health.
Another important factor for it, is your diet. Nutrition can affect your lifestyle. If you eat unhealthy, your body will suffer. Your diet can affect you and lead to obesity. Studies shown that people who suffer from obesity have a higher chance of depression. Also, obesity can lead to Alzheimer’s disease and other diseases.
So, to control your Physical condition you should be careful on your routine. You don’t have to do great things. With some simple steps you can have a great improvement in your life.
