Meditation

– It is one of the best passive Visualization Techniques. It has powerful results and it is one of the easiest techniques. Meditation helps you to connect with your inner self. When you succeeded, then you can start the visualization. When you meditate, your mind is completely empty. Any thought you produce then, will be much stronger. The visualization that you have chosen to focus on before will be clearer and stronger than a normal thought. This visualization method can teach your mind to focus on an image and help you relax and relieve all the stress in your life.

Receptive Visualization

– Is like directing a movie, in your head. You create the actors and the scenes. You have to be in quiet place. Relax and clean your mind. Start to visualize a place, a scene. Then you can start to add people to that scene and actions. You can add sounds, colors and smells. Continue the visualization until you see the scene become more and more vivid.

Treasure Map Technique

– This method needs you to think of something that you would like to visualize. When you have the image, you can start drawing. Draw yourself in the situation. Draw things that are linked to that situation. While you are drawing, your mind works. It visualizes everything you draw. You have to be focused entirely on the drawing and your image. Turn off every distraction.

Altered Memory Visualization

– This method focuses on past memories and the ability the change them. This will create a more vivid visualization. This a very common one of the Visualization Techniques. It works very well, even if you have no experience. You just have to choose a quiet moment and place. Start to replay the scene you have chosen. This Visualization Technique is used in bad memories that bring traumas and emotional problems. You have to replay the bad memory that marked you. Now replace the negative things, situations, responses, etc. After a while of practicing, you are going to remember only the version of the memory that you have created.
