How to do a Visualization Meditation session?
Firstly, you have to sit in a comfortable pose. You can lay down or sit in a chair with your back flat and comfortable. Now close your eyes. Now start to control your breath. Breath slowly and deeply. Now relax your muscles progressively starting with your toes and finishing at the top of your head. Now we can start the Visualization Meditation. Imagine that you are surrounded by a white light. You have to visualize the light. See how it fills you with serenity and bliss. It touches every cell of your body. You breath it in. That light enters your body at every inhale. The light enters your body with every inhale and starts to reach every organ and cell of your body. Feel it rushing through your body.
With every exhale, imagine a black smoke leaving your body. The black smoke is all the negativity, stress and emotional problem you have. Imagine how all that negative energy leaves your body. Inhale the light and exhale the smoke slowly. Now visualize your goal. Hold onto that image. With every breath you take, invite that image into your life. See every detail of that image, it can be a state of yours, abundance, love or other future goals. Now start to add color, sound and smell to your image. Imagine it so alive as you are. Spend as much time as you need to see it clearly and detailed. When you are done, open your eyes. Stay there a few minutes and stand up when you think you can.
