Physical inactivity. Even moderate exercise supports a better immune function. Your blood flow increases and through sweating you eliminate toxic substances from your body. Exercise also improves blood circulation and helps antibodies and white blood cells flow to all the right places.

These are just some of the things that harm your immune system. The important thing is to be mindful about everything that happens inside and outside your body. Keep a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and avoid, as much as possible, excessive drinking and smoking. All these steps will ensure that you will keep a good health for many years to come.
