In this diet you have to give up some of your favorite foods. But you can eat cheese, chocolate, steak, bacon, butter, eggs and many more. The only rule over here is to eat Wild. What this means? Well, it is very simple, you only cook them rare. Also, you should eat high-quality fats. And these foods are full of this type of fat.

It is highly recommended to avoid all the processed carbs and sugary foods. For best results you should eat only whole-wheat bread or rye bread. Also, you shouldn’t eat anything what contains sugar and more than that avoid all the foods highly processed.

The Wild Diet is a great way to lose weight pretty fast. You don’t have to starve to lose weight. Also, count the calories daily, try to not exceed 1200-1400 calories daily. Doing this and exercising for 20-30 minutes will ensure losing a up to 20 pounds in only 4 weeks.
