The Pineal Gland

The Pineal Gland is a small endocrine gland situated in the vertebrate brain. It has several other names such as: pineal body, conarium or epiphysis cerebri. This small gland always represented a curiosity for scientists. It is as small as a rice and shaped as a pine cone. It is situated at the middle of the brain. And it is at the same level with the eyes.

This amazing gland is important for our body. The Pineal Gland produces the hormone called melatonin. This hormone is important for the quality and the duration of our sleep. This small gland influences our sleep with the amount and quality of the melatonin it produces. This gland is also linked to our daily circadian rhythm (sleep cycles) and our sleep-wake patterns. By determining the sleep amount and quality we have, the pineal body also influences the quality of our lives. Our sleep cycles influence our stress levels and physical performance during the day.

In time, the pineal gland faces some serious problems. One of these issues is calcification. The process of calcification means fluoride accumulating in The Pineal Gland. The calcification of this gland leads to less melatonin production. The less amount of the hormone will lead to sleeping problems and insomnia. More than 40% of American children who are under 17 years old already have the calcification of the pineal body in process. This is a big problem.

The good news is that we can decalcify the pineal body. There are five ways to decalcify this small gland. There is an African fruit called Tamarind which is the most powerful ally of our body in removing the fluoride. You can use substances that help your body remove iodine, such as borax or iodine. There are cleansing crystals which are very effective in removing fluoride from our body. Use zeolites daily to detoxify your body. Regular cleansing patterns help your body to eliminate fluoride and other toxins naturally from your body. I, personally, have a cleansing day every week. In this cleansing day I don’t eat anything. This day is for drinking clean water and letting it cleanse my body. Thursday is the best for a water cleansing day.

When the Pineal body is clean, it can be activated. There are a few helpful ways to activate your pineal gland. You can take a walk daily in the Sun or you can meditate daily. But sleeping in complete darkness is also very effective.

The Pineal Gland is important for a proper functioning of our body. It influences our mood and performance all day long. It’s time to take care of it. Decalcify your pineal body and activate it for a better life.
