Then, in another bowl mix ½ cup of coconut sugar, ¼ cup of coconut oil, ¼ cup of applesauce, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 mashed bananas and 1 cup of blueberries. Then combine these two mixes and pour the result in a loaf pan. Place in the oven and bake for about one hour. Then rest it for 15 minutes before cutting.
