Our spirit can be maintained healthy or balanced with different method. There are spiritual practices that can maintain our balance in the spiritual world. These practices were not developed only for spiritual health, but also for mental, emotional and even physical health.

Meditation – It is a practice of relaxing our body and calming our mind. It can help us connect with our inner self, our spirit and to maintain our Spiritual Health. This method, if practiced daily, can lead to spiritual wellness and well being. Meditation is important for a healthy spirit. When you meditate you quiet your mind and let your spirit awaken inside of you and guide you or answer questions that were seeking answers for, for a long time.

Yoga is another Spiritual Health maintaining practice. It is spiritual practice that was developed to achieve a union between our body, mind and spirit and the greater force. It contains different poses for the health of the body, but these poses also help us quiet our mind. Yoga also contains meditation in different positions. There are certain poses in yoga for each plans of our life separately, for body, mind, emotions and spirit. The most important poses for a healthy soul and mindfulness are: Uttanasana, Vrkasana, Salamaba Savangasana, etc.

Mandalas are also important for a healthy spirit. These ancient sacred circles are present in different spiritual traditions. They are often used to facilitate meditation and to heal different plans of our life. You can use it not only for spiritual healing, but also for your body, mind and emotions. Coloring mandalas is a very relaxing practice that can easily lead to mindfulness and a healthy spirit. Practicing it often, can help you get rid of stress and all the negativity in your life, so you can have a happy and healthy life.

You can choose one of these practices or you can integrate them all in your daily life. They are the best spiritual works for a Spiritual Health. When your spirit is healthy, your life will be full of joy and love.
