The first method of becoming spiritually aware is to learn to communicate with your soul. Your soul is your spiritual side. We are physical, spiritual, emotional and mental beings. We exist on these four levels. Our soul is made of energy, vibration, light or what you want to call it. First step in communicating with your soul is to believe that you have one. Then you have to discover how to calm your mind. You have to learn how to hear your inner voice, the voice of your soul. You can use meditation and breathing techniques to quite your mind.

To achieve Spiritual Awareness, you have to sleep at least 6 hours a day. This way your body and mind will be rested. When you are refreshed, it is easier for you to focus on your thoughts. Don’t forget to stay positive and laugh more. Laughter is very important for our mental health. It is the best cure against depression and stress.

We can also achieve Spiritual Awareness by activating your pineal gland. It is a small gland located in your brain. Also called the third eye. The third eye can help us see the spiritual world around us. This pineal gland is the part of our head that keeps our soul in the our physical body. So, we have to keep it healthy. The pineal gland can be calcified when it is exposed to sodium fluoride for too long. We can decalcify and activate it, helping our Spiritual Awareness.

Becoming spiritually aware is a long process. But after the Spiritual Awareness, we will become our true self.
