Every soul living on Earth has a spirit guide. The spirit guide is a spiritual creature that helps us reach our purposes in this life. Get ready – Find the best space for your meditation session. It must be a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. If you already have a meditation space, then you can skip this step. When the space is ready, it is time to get yourself ready. Relax! Take long, slow and deep breaths.
Set your intention for the meditation session. This intention must be to contact your spirit guide. You can create a mantra or say a short prayer. Anything that helps you set your intention properly.
Call for your spirit guide – You have to do this step of Spirit Guide Meditation inside or out loud. Call for your guardian until you feel its presence. There are different methods of being aware of your spirit guide’s presence. You can see him, feel his presence, hear his voice. But you can be aware of his presence due to your intuition. This way you just know that he is there.
Now it’s time to Say “Hello” to your spirit guide. Wait for his response. Try to stay in the present. If there are thoughts crossing your mind, let them flow away.

When you are done with the communication and you received the message, say thank you. You have to thank him for all his support and for all his help.
When you are ready, get your awareness back to yourself. Take a few deep breaths. And now it’s time to slowly open your eyes. Stay in the same position for a few minutes, until you feel that you are ready to go.
