Let it cool off a little, because you should not use boiling water. Higher temperatures destroy the enzymes in the truffles.
Put the hot water over the shroom bits in a cup and let it steep for 15 minutes. Once the time is up, strain the mixture and then add honey to taste. If you still do not like the taste, add some slices of lemon.
