Roast Sirloin Steak With Indian Spices

First of all, combine the ginger, onion and garlic into a food processor and mix them until you get a smooth paste. Put it into a fine strainer and try to drain as much water as you can from it. Now, take your steak and try to cut off the excess fat. Sprinkle it with salt, and then combine the curry and onion mixture and rub it over the meat. You can poke some holes into the meat and rub the mixture into them. Wrap your steak in a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for a couple of hours, letting the seasoning do its job.

Secondly, heat up your oven to 450 degrees F, then toss your sweet potato in a pan along with some olive oil Sprinkle it with curry powder and then let them bake for 10 minutes. In the meantime, take the meat out and place it in a nonstick pan too. Put it into the oven and roast for 15 minutes. If the top starts to burn, cover loosely with some foil.

Lastly, remove both the sirloin steak and the potatoes from the oven and let them cool. Slice the steak, garnish it with potatoes and then serve.
