It is easy for you to cling to blissful and pleasurable feelings.

Open Mind Meditation allows you to create a sense of peace from within. All you need to do is sit down and become aware of all that is happening around you. Without judging whether it is “bad” or “good”. You should enjoy your meditation, with all its lows and highs, and everything between.
