Eggs. Egg yolks are a great source of the essential nutrients, such as fats, vitamins and minerals. They contribute to a good health of your nervous system and provide you with the necessary nutrients for healthy cells.

Bone broth. Homemade broth contains all the key ingredients good for our health. Think along the lines of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. And if you add some nutrient dense foods like onion, kale or anti-inflammatory spices like turmeric or garlic, your broth will become a natural medicine.

These are some of the most nutrient dense foods. Choosing to include them into your diet will lower calorie intake whilst providing your with the necessary fiber, vitamins and minerals. You will consequently make healthier dietary choices and keep away foods that are high in calories, but offer little or no nutritional value.
