At first, we must define this amazing state of mind. So, Mindfulness is the state of clear mind with the attention focused on an object, a thought a sensation. But without judging the focus point or letting other thoughts polluting our mind. Mindfulness was developed as a daily practice to overcome suffering and to recognize our natural wisdom.

Achieving the amazing state of Mindfulness is possible only through different types of meditation. Mindfulness meditation is the best way to achieve this spiritual state. Therefore, this meditation helps us to become aware of the present moment. So, we don’t think about the past, we don’t care about the future. Consequently, when we are in the present moment, we have no fears or regrets. And we are free of stress and every negative aspects of our life. This state teaches us how to become unconditionally present, though.

Furthermore, Mindful meditation can help us get deeper into the present moment and into our real selves. So in this state we don’t want to change anything. We only become aware of ourselves as we are, as we breath, the sensations we feel. It is hard to achieve this state of mind. Nowadays we are overwhelmed by information, thoughts and negativity. When you start to practice this meditation, it may be difficult to stay a big amount of time without thoughts. But with practice, you will recognize the thoughts and let them go, at first. Then they will appear less and less often. Until you will get aware of not being bothered by those thoughts.

Achieving Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the best remedy for stress, suffering, fear, regret and other negative emotions. It can teach us how to have a clean mind, not bothered by daily negative emotions. We just exist. And we are glad and joyful that we exist. We recognize how lucky we are to exist and to have all the experiences in life, they could be bad or good. Every event of our lives, can it be good or bad, is important. These events made us who we are now. And we have to be glad and grateful for that. It teaches us to accept ourselves as we are because we are perfect. Our weaknesses and issues are just illusions. We learn how to appreciate our lives and love ourselves, everyone and everything around us.
