If we frequently, maybe daily, connect with God in meditation or other spiritual practices, we will experience joy. The pure joy we experience in the present moment will start to reflect in the physical world. It will erase the pain and the suffering. The knowledge that we are always connected to the divine will change the way we see the life. This meditation will help you to see your pure spirit. Also, filled with love and peace. This Meditation to Find God transforms the nightmare we live everyday into a happy dream.

How to: Meditation to Find God

Find a comfortable place. It must be a place of peace where nothing can disturb you. Get comfortable and close your eyes. Bring your focus to your breath. When you are fully relaxed start the process of getting detached of fears and worries. Give every negative feeling you have, to God. He will take care of them. When you are free of every worry, feel the joy of the present moment. Now start to sink. God deeper and deeper until you get to your spiritual mind. That light, that consciousness is akin with God. It is a part of God. The pure spirit. Now you have to realize that everything is akin. Everything is in everything. You are in God and God is in you.

Nothing is ever separated from God. Reflect on these facts. Feel the connection. God beyond and find the true meaning of that connection. At this point you are far deeper than your ego. But if your still have thoughts crossing your mind, notice them and let them go. Focus on the existence of God. Keep your focus on facts like God is the light. God is in me because God is in everything. I am always connected to God. These are a few examples of thoughts you can focus on while using Meditation to Find God.

It may be hard to go so deep with the first mediation session. But practice will make it easier. Progress comes with regular practice. You can use this Meditation to Find God anytime you are free.
