The second method is to wake back to bed. This method says that if you sleep four to six hours, you should wake up and then go back to sleep. The chances are high that the next dream that you will experience will be a lucid dream. If you are a beginner in lucid dreaming, this method is the one you should try. Waking back to bed helped most of the beginners achieve a lucid dream.

The next one of the most common Lucid Dreaming Techniques is finding a trigger. You can choose a trigger to use in your dreams. That trigger will wake up your consciousness and you will experience the lucid dreaming. The best method that is the most efficient and the most loved is to set your intentions. You have to desire consciously and unconsciously to have a lucid dream. And you have to repeat that intention as often as you can. You can motivate your consciousness and unconsciousness with rewards or punishment in case your intention succeed or fails.
