The Internet has a sea of easy-to-cook, delicious recipes. For in between the meals snacks, you can opt out for nuts and vegetables.

The side effects of a such diet are little. And they usually appear in the case of a sudden and drastic cutting of carbs. They include fatigue, general weakness and possibly brain fog or headaches.
