Weight yourself from time to time to gauge your success rate. The appropriate weight to lose per week is no more than 2 lbs. More than that and you are at risk of hair loss. In addition to this, you should include whole grains, fruits and vegetables into your diet. Vitamins A, C and E are important when it comes to long and healthy hair.
