Kinesthetics are referring to the awareness you have of your surroundings through sensory experience. Kinesthetic Workout extends the physical realm, where it refers to your awareness of your body. Learning kinesthetic is also known as sensory learning.
The kinesthetic awareness appears as you age. An adult is more skilled than a toddler at running. However, to develop kinesthetic abilities you have to exercise to improve your skills in this area.
Kinesthetic Exercise for Hands is a very simple exercise you can do with one friend. This is a copying exercise. Take your friend and stand face to face. Then, tell to your friend to move his arms slowly. Challenge yourself to copy his movements without looking at your arms. When you can copy his movements easily, you can tell him to move his arms faster.
Kinesthetic Balance Exercise. This exercise can be done without any help. You should stand up and close your eyes. Then, raise one foot and try to maintain your position as long as you can. At first, this will be difficult, and you will keep balancing your body. You can set some limits to yourself, such as: stand on the left leg for 30 seconds, then 30 seconds on right leg. You can practice this exercise outside, in case you fall to not get hurt.
Kinesthetic Biceps Curl. When you master the first two exercises, you can do regular exercises, such as biceps curls with closed eyes. Hold one weight in each hand. Then, turn your attention to your posture: bend your knees and straighten your back. Perform the curls as you do normally. This exercise will force you to focus on your balance.
Doing these Kinesthetic Workout examples twice or more a week will improve your awareness. This way, your body will be more skilled in precise movements.
