Intermittent Fasting Diet is popular diet that is very common and very often met. It’s essence is in skipping different meals. Fasting was known as a great weight loss and calorie reducing method for hundreds of years. It was demonstrated that skipping meals can help us live longer and healthier. The more frequent our meals are, the sicker we get. Even in different spiritual cultures, fasting is known as great spiritual practice that makes our body healthier and helps us eliminate all the toxins.

There are different Intermittent Fasting Diets. You can choose to skip a single meal a day, you can choose to stop eating for a whole day. I will say a few things about each of these methods.

Fasting for 14 or 16 ours (14 for women and 16 for men). You have to do that everyday. After the fasting hours passed, you have the rest to eat when and how much you wish.

The 24h break from eating. You have to stop eating for 24 hours once or twice a week. You can drink as many water or tea as you wish. Avoid beverages with sugar and calories. You have to fast for a whole day and night and the next day continue to eat as you were not fasting at all.

Another Intermittent Fasting Diet is the 20h fasting. You have to fast for 20 hours every day. This is the best diet for the nocturnal eaters. When you follow this diet, you have one large meal every night. But you have to be careful what you eat. Try to avoid sugar and carbs.

Intermittent Fasting Diet

If you are not a fan of any of the fasts listed below, you can try the 36 hours fasting. You have to do it once a week when you are the busiest with work. When you are constantly occupied, you don’t feel the need to eat. Or You might try the Vegan Intermittent Fasting.

You can also combine the four Intermittent Fasting Diet techniques. One day of 14-16 h fasting, then 24h, then 20h, then a cheat day for a pause. Then finish with the longer fasting of 36h. You have to be careful what you eat. Try veggies, protein and healthy fats. Don’t close the long fasting with a huge amount of sugar an carbs, it will be a shock for your body.

You have to be careful to include the fasting in your everyday diet. It has to become a lifestyle. On a longer fasting period our body is not only getting rid of the fat, but also the toxins. Try to drink more water than you usually do. Huge amount of water will help the process of cleaning. Get your pocket full of ambitions and start the fasting.
