Inner Vision Meditation is a visualization meditation method. It uses our imagination. Therefore, inner vision helps us to see a situation from different perspectives. It helps us to imagine possible ways to end or continue a situation. Inner Vision Meditation works by focusing on a vision. We imagine a situation or image, sound, smell to focus on.

Everything in this life, everything we see was created by a vision. It is a projection of our imagination. Everything we see around us was only a thought ones. Inner Vision Meditation is a creative process to relax and bring our attention in our inner world. Not only words have vibrations, but also images. The thoughts and visions we have all day, can influence our lives. Therefore, they can lower or higher our vibration. Just as thoughts and things we say can influence our mood, imagines we create in our mind can bring negative or positive energy around and inside us.

How to: Inner Vision Meditation

Yous start the Inner Vision Meditation by finding a comfortable place where nobody is going to disturb you. Now focus on your breathing. Relax your body. When you are relaxed, the inner vision can start.

Visualize a waterfall with pure light. It is the pure spirit, energy, love of God. It radiates peace, joy and harmony. Sit under this waterfall of pure light. Let fall on your head and the rest of your body. Let it fill you with love and healing. Imagine how it fills every cell of yours. It fills every bone, muscle and organ with love and healing energy. Also it touches your thoughts. It floods your thoughts and cleanses them.

Now imagine your chakras. Start with the crown chakra. The pure light pours into the 7th chakra until it is filled with love and energy. Now imagine the pure light pouring into your third eye chakra. Slowly imagine the pure light pouring and filling every chakra of yours with pure and positive energy. From the throat chakra, where it creates balance and awareness. It balances the heart chakra and fills it with unconditional love. The pure white light fills the solar plexus chakra with gratitude and love for your parents. It goes down to the sacral chakra. It connects to the child that lives in you. The light fills it with love and acceptance. Finally, it arrives to the root chakra. The white light brings balance and love to your connection with the physical world and others.

The Inner Vision Meditation continues by imagining that the pure white light brings healing to every chakra and every cell of yours. So every part of you is in a healing bath of pure light.

The white pure light penetrates your body on every level (physical, mental, spiritual, emotional).

Now imagine that the white pure light is actually you. Visualize how your body starts to dissolve in the light. Slowly, you become the light. Notice how are you feeling, weightless and pure. You are the pure spirit of God, you are the unconditional love and healing. Therefore, you have no boundaries or limits. You can do anything. So you are an unstoppable sparkle of God that shines everything. Everything you shine on gets filled with love and peace.

In conclusion, this Inner Vision Meditation is a great way to disconnect from the worries and stress. It reconnects you with your pure spirit and God. At first it may seem weird to imagine all these things. But with practice it will become easy as watching a movie.
