Healing Meditation is one of the most common meditations that helps you to heal yourself while meditating. The more you meditate and bring consciousness into your body, the stronger will your immune system become. It awakens every one of your cells. This healing meditation don’t only strengthen your body but even your psychic, your mind, your spirit. You spiritual immune system will be considerably enhanced too.

Healing Meditation is a simple and powerful way to boost your immune system or heal you from illnesses or diseases. You can do it anytime you feel loss of energy, ill or just tired. It is best to you use the Healing Meditation when you feel the first symptoms of the illness. You can also do it when the illness is already present, this situation will need more sessions of meditation and a better focus on healing. But you have to be careful to be in place where you can’t be interrupted. You also have to be careful with negative thoughts that you can get in the middle of the meditation. Healing Meditation is best to do when you are unoccupied for a few minutes, at night before falling asleep or in the morning after waking up. Let your body get full of consciousness.

The Healing Meditation will go like this:

Close your eyes, Lie flat on your back, Choose different parts of your body and focus your attention on them start with your hands, then feet, arms, legs, abdomen, chest, head and so on. Now you have to feel the life energy in those body parts you have focused on. Fell that energy as intensely as you can. Focus on each part for 50 seconds or more. Let your attention run through your whole body like a wave for a few times. Do it from feet to the head and back again. Do it for only a minute.

Feel your inner body as a single field of energy. Hold this feeling for a few minutes. Try to be intensely present and focused on that feeling. Feel that energy in every cell of your body. Sometimes your mind could interrupt you and try to draw your attention out of your body and the feelings you have to focus on. When you notice that, don’t panic, just return to your inner body and continue for as long as it feels right.

This is it, you did it. If it doesn’t seem perfect the first time, don’t panic, you just need practice. Next time it will be easier to focus and easier.
