Identify the roots of your issues – something happened to you in the past that resulted in your lack of self love and self confidence. Identify those roots and you are one step closer to healing.

Identify your emotions linked to that past experience – now that you know the action that provoked your issues, now identify the feelings in connection with it. What was your emotional state in that moment.

Create New Beliefs – replace those erroneous beliefs created by the trauma you’ve had in the past. Create new beliefs. Use some phrase for self-confidence. Write them down and keep the paper close to you. So you will see the message often.

Change your energy field – positive mind brings a positive life. If your mind is full of negative thoughts, it will stop thinking positively. Therefore, you must teach your mind to think positive thoughts. There are mantras and positive quotes and phrases to help you.

Love who you are – when you start to accept yourself, the world will seem different. Love yourself and empower yourself. Make the changes that you feel you deserve. And recognize that you are enough. Be more accepting with yourself and your actions.
