As a start, Emotional Health represents an important part of our general health. For a healthier life we have to balance the four plans we exist in (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). Because, each one of these plans is important. And if one of them is not healthy, it can lead to imbalance. Emotional Health is a state easy to get, using different methods to control and be aware of our feelings.
Firstly, human beings are emotional beings. We have been created and designed to feel, to have emotions, bad or good. The emotions represent our psychical reactions to certain situations and things from our life. Therefore, these reactions can be positive or either negative. It depends on us how we control our feelings. Emotional awareness is important for Emotional Health. So, we have to notice, feel and let go of our emotions. Emotional Health can help you find your way in society and in your relationships with others, though. Also, it can help you love your life and find happiness in everything. When you are emotionally healthy, you will reach your goals easily and transform your life in a successful, abundant and happy one.
So, there are different methods and practices to get and maintain Emotional Health. And the imbalance usually appears when we meet traumas or situations that we don’t know how to face emotionally. As a result, you have to find meaning in every loss and trauma you face in your life. So atop blaming yourself for what happens to others around you. And don’t let failure get you down. All of us faces failure at some point of our lives. An emotionally healthy person knows how to get up and start over, until he succeeds.
For Emotional Health, you have to stop blaming yourself for mistakes you have done in the past. Because what’s in the past can’t be changed. Plating it over and over again in your mind will not help you. It will bring up negative feelings and destroy your emotional balance. I, personally, have my own mistakes in the past, but without those mistakes and lessons learned I wouldn’t be who I am today. This is what you have to be aware of.

On the other hand, Emotional Health needs a proper self-esteem. If you don’t trust in yourself, nobody else will. You have to love yourself. When you have low-esteem, you constantly criticize yourself, creating a chaos in your emotions. You have to make friends, get out more, find new people. Loneliness is bad for yourself. It creates conflicts with yourself. Human beings are social beings. We need the company of others. We need to talk to others. Loneliness leads to emotional issues.
In conclusion, if you want to maintain your Emotional Health, start to practice spiritual works in daily basis. There are practices like yoga, meditation, contemplation, healing methods (reiki, holistic healing, etc) that will help you love yourself, connect with others and your inner self. You have to find the best spiritual practice for yourself and do it on a daily basis. It will help you to reach not only spiritual, but also mental, emotional and physical health.
