They also affect the transport of the essential nutrients and vitamins. Keep a bottle of water nearby to prevent lethargic feelings and becoming more alert.

These are just some of the most common dehydration symptoms. Understand that water is essential for every process in your body. It is directly linked to your gastrointestinal and oral health. It relieves symptoms of fatigue, as well as joint and muscle pain.
