Creative Visualization Step By Step Guide

Creative Visualization Step By Step Guide – The premise of creative visualization has much to do with the way in which your subconscious works. By feeding it with repetitive thoughts, it accepts them and changes your mindset accordingly. Your subconscious doesn’t know the difference between good and bad thoughts. It just takes what you’re giving it. And depending on the situation, helps or hinders you. Creative visualization helps you focus on the thoughts that will only bring you abundance in terms of development and relationships.

Creative Visualization Step By Step Guide

You may say that it isn’t possible. But think of a moment in you life when you really wanted something. And you focused all your thoughts, energy and work towards achieving that something. Did you not get it, eventually? It will not happen in an instant. Nothing ever does. Not even life and death. Give the Universal power the time it needs. All you’ll have to do is visualize the different circumstances and situations and create a new, different reality.

The danger of creative visualization comes from the limitation of our own minds. We so very often limit ourselves, in terms of thoughts and actions, and cannot think outside the box. We restrict our daily thoughts and actions to habits and lead a habitual life.

If you are happy and comfortable with it, all the better. But keep in mind that there is always room for improvement. By means of visualization you can create and attract into your life that which you want to experience.

Creative Visualization Step By Step Guide:

Imagine and set a goal. Think about what you need more in your life. Is it better health? Money? Friends? Do you wish to change some habits? Do you want to be happier? In the beginning choose goals that are easier to achieve, so that you won’t get discouraged while still learning the whole process. When you’ve had some practice, start focusing on more difficult and challenging topics.

Create a clear idea or picture. Make up a mental picture of what you wish to attract in your life. Act and feel as if you’ve already achieved it. Imagine yourself in the situation and how you’d talk, feel and react. Make it as detailed as possible.

Focus on it often. Think about in your quiet time, but also periodically throughout the day. Try to integrate it in your day-to-day activities, so that it becomes part of them. Feed it with clear, lightweight thoughts. It shouldn’t feel like you are trying to much. It shouldn’t be a bother or something that you really must do. Do it only if you’re comfortable with it.

Give it positive energy. Detach from negative thinking and think of it in a positive, encouraging light. Make up mantras or strong positive statements. The think that you desire exists, it has already came to you or it is on its way. Try to gradually remove any doubts or disbelief that may creep up on you. Practice getting that positive feeling once you’ve received the thing that you desire.

Creative Visualization Step By Step Guide – The secret of creative visualization is practicing. Stay focused and decide what it is you want. Claim it as yours and have faith that what you want is on its way. Practice gratitude as well and don’t get caught up in past actions and feelings. The past is the past for a reason. You have the ability to change something now, for both your present and your future.
