When you put these together, you create the proper conditions for sleep apnea.

It is important for people to take this condition seriously when it starts happening. When left untreated, it can affect the quality of your sleep. This in addition to disturbing your partner during the night. People with sleep apnea do not have a restful sleep and often wake up feeling tired. Their irregular breathing can even wake patients up during the night. In addition to this, sleep apnea can lead to heart troubles, diabetes, high blood pressure and more.

Luckily, people can benefit from treatments for this specific condition. When you suffer from PTSD it is important to consult with a specialist. Otherwise, your symptoms can get worse and it will be more difficult to treat them.
