Drain the tuna, combine it with celery, apple and walnuts in a large bowl. Then mix the yogurt with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and stir it over the tuna. Place lettuce on place and pour ½ cup of tuna mixture over it. Sprinkle with Parmesan and enjoy a great salad!

Chicken Breasts Grill. This is a very friendly grill you can do anytime. You will need one split chicken breast, your favourite seasoning and fresh vegetables such as broccoli, carrots and broccoli. Grill the chicken as you like, then cook the vegetables in a large pan using a tablespoon of olive oil. In the last 2 minutes, you can place the chicken breasts over the vegetables.
